Brief

IRIS Business Incubator is a newly established Armenian institution fostering entrepreneurship and innovation. With a structured approach covering Lead Generation, Pre-Incubation, Incubation, and Post-Incubation, IRIS provides full-cycle business development support, including access to grants and loans. The incubator’s mission is to enhance economic integration and stimulate Armenia’s entrepreneurial spirit, creating a sustainable environment for start-ups and SMEs.

Solution

We developed a name and branding that capture IRIS’s essence—growth, innovation, and vision. The name IRIS symbolizes both the iris flower, representing creativity and wisdom, and the abstract iris eye, reflecting foresight and opportunity. The brand identity revolves around a blue-purple color scheme, inspired by nature and associated with development, complemented by bright yellow, grey, and black to infuse energy and motivation. The logo blends organic and abstract elements, reinforcing IRIS’s role as a nurturing force for entrepreneurship. The slogan, “Where Ideas Flourish,” encapsulates the incubator’s commitment to transforming ideas into thriving businesses.
